These terms and conditions may be revised or updated at any time. We would ask you to refer to the terms and conditions pages of this website occasionally to review their current status. By using this site you agree to comply with, and be bound by, these terms and conditions.


On ordering via our online checkout process we will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Our acceptance of an order takes place on dispatch. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
There are occasionally certain circumstances when we may have to refuse to accept an order: Where goods are not available; where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; if there has been a pricing or product description error; if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.


We place a great importance on the security of all information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of customer data under our control. We use secure server software (SSL) to encrypt financial information you input before it is sent to us and we have been granted the Comodo Essential SSL Certificate. While we cannot ensure or guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of data will not occur, we use our best efforts to prevent this.
We offer three means of payment, by credit card / debit card using our secure payment provider, PayPal or you can telephone our shop during working hours and we will be happy to process a credit card payment for you.

Opening hours are 10:00 - 18:00 Monday - Saturday and 14:00 - 18:00 on Sundays.


All orders with cleared payment received by 12 noon GMT are sent that day (Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays).
Delivery within Ireland including Northern Ireland is a next day service and made through our courier partner DPD, all other deliveries are made through our local postal service.

2. Delivery outside of Ireland - Standard Postage €6.50 - Registered Post €13.00

Free shipping is available on all purchases made over €100
Approximate delivery times are:

Ireland - Next day service
UK & mainland Europe - 3 to 5 days
USA - 5 to 8 days
Rest of the World - 8 to 11 days


We hope you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if not, items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange (subject to availability). The item must be returned unworn and in the same condition it left our dispatch including any tags or boxes which came with the item. Buyers are responsible for paying any postage costs of the returned item unless the item is not as described.


To receive confirmation that the return will be accepted you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Any item returned without this number cannot be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.
Please follow these 3 steps:

1. Please contact us by emailing [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order, giving your reason for return and stating the invoice number found on the invoice, confirmation or dispatch email.

2. Once confirmation has been given for a return, please complete the returns form which was included in your delivery and remember to input the RMA number. If you did not receive a returns form you may download one here

3. We advise that you should return the item(s) by registered post or similar which will allow you to track the item(s).

Wicklow, Ireland. is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post. will not accept returns outside 14 days of receipt or items that have been worn or tags removed unless the item is faulty. These items will be returned to the purchaser at their own cost.
