These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.escapeboutique.com By accessing this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Using this website indicates that you accept our terms and conditions. If you do not, please do not use this website.
These terms and conditions may be revised or updated at any time. We would ask you to refer to the terms and conditions pages of this website occasionally to review their current status. By using this site you agree to comply with, and be bound by, these terms and conditions.
MAKING A PURCHASE
On ordering via our online checkout process we will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Our acceptance of an order takes place on dispatch. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
There are occasionally certain circumstances when we may have to refuse to accept an order: Where goods are not available; where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment; if there has been a pricing or product description error; if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
PAYMENT
We accept most major credit cards and also Laser debit cards. We do not hold credit card details, the transaction will be processed by the secure payment gateway Realex Payments. During the payment process the card issuer will be asked to perform the usual verification checks. Should a card be refused, we cannot be liable for non-delivery or delay. If for any reason we cannot supply an item we will return payment immediately.
DELIVERY
All orders with cleared payment received by 12 noon GMT are sent that day (Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays.)
Customers can currently avail of a flat rate shipping for postage within the EU or Registered mail. The flat rate shipping method is standard postage and delivery times will vary. We cannot except responsibility for items shipped by standard post and would recommend that insurance be purchased for high value items.
Unless the flat rate shipping is chosen for deliveries within the EU then all orders are shipped using An Posts Registered Mail service. This is a sign on delivery service.
Approximate delivery times are:
Ireland - Next day service
UK & mainland Europe - 3 to 5 days
USA - 5 to 8 days
Rest of the World - 8 to 11 days
International, non EU deliveries may be subject to duty and custom charges for which you are responsible. These taxes may mean your items are delayed whist held at customs and may not be refunded should you return your purchase.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
RETURNS
We hope you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if not, items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange (subject to availability). The item must be returned unworn and in the same condition it left our dispatch including any tags or boxes which came with the item. Buyers are responsible for paying any postage costs of the returned item unless the item is not as described. We strongly recommend that you return the item using a postal service that insures you for the value of your goods.
HOW TO RETURN
To receive confirmation that the return will be accepted you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Any item returned without this number cannot be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.
Please follow these 3 steps:
1. Please contact us by emailing returns@escapeboutique.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, giving your reason for return and stating the invoice number found on the invoice, confirmation or dispatch email.
2. Once confirmation has been given for a return, please complete the returns form which was included in your delivery and remember to input the RMA number. If you did not receive a returns form you may download one here.
3. We advise that you should return the item(s) by registered post or similar which will allow you to track the item(s).

EscapeBoutique.com is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post. EscapeBoutique.com will not accept returns outside 14 days or items that have been worn or tags removed unless the item is faulty. These items will be returned to the purchaser at their own cost.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF SALE GOODS
Please note that the exchange for sale or promotional goods is 7 days.
Discounted goods will only be refunded to the value of the Sale / Promotion value. Refunds will be re-credited as per the above Returns Procedure.
