Orders received with cleared payment are shipped within 2 working days. Should you require that the order be shipped on the day of purchase please email info@escapeboutique.com with your order details and we will endeavor to facilitate your request.

Customers can now avail of a flat rate shipment of €6.00. This is the standard postal service and does not allow for tracking your item. You can purchase insurance for your item at a cost of €4.00 to a total value of €1,500.

Orders shipped within Ireland by Registered Post, delivery time is next working day excluding bank or public holidays. Insurance is included up to a total value of €350.00.

Orders shipped to UK and mainland Europe by Registered Post, delivery time is 3-5 working days excluding bank or public holidays . Insurance is included up to a total of €350.00 to the UK and a total of €150.00 mainland Europe.

International orders are shipped by Registered Post. Delivery times are 8-11 days depending on your geographical location. Insurance is available for international orders at an additional cost of €4.00

Should the value of your order exceed the insurable value offered by the Postal Service through Registered Post and should you require that your item(s) be insured to cover this difference please inform us at the time of purchase. The cost of additional insurance is €4.00 and will cover the value of your purchase up to a limit of €1,500. 

All orders if shipped by registered post will require a signature upon delivery.

International, non EU deliveries may be subject to duty and custom charges for which you are responsible. These taxes may mean your items are delayed whist held at customs and may not be refunded should you return your purchase.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders placed for shipment using registered post can be tracked through www.anpost.ie. For international orders, once the item leaves Ireland you must track it through your own postal system. Once your purchase is ready to leave escapeboutique.com you will receive a dispatch notice which will also contain the tracking details of your item.
